what is leadership?
nature vs nurture
how to develop leadership
in this lesson, we have analyzed more about ourselves and how we could improve our executive power and leadership skills, such as gaining expertise in our area, developing skills associated with effective leadership and writing reflection journals, etc. we also talked about the importance of nature versus nurture. finally, we discussed our own possibilities as being leaders.
the excellent explanation by professor brown and the fluent chinese translation by ms.liu not only made the class lively and interesting, but also made us more clearly understand the charm of being a leader. so, thank you very much for the cle course. every lesson and discussion of the course always brings us into a new field and enables us to continuously learn more knowledge and skills.
